My first opportunity to experience a real DECA competition and see how professional business events are organized.

About the event
I attended this DECA competition as a member before becoming an officer. It gave me my first real look at how competitions work, from professional dress and officer responsibilities to room assignments and multi-day event schedules. The experience helped me understand the level of preparation and professionalism expected in DECA.
